Mag 18" help

Was thinking of changing my rims thing summer.Also thinking of goin from 17's to 18's.Right now i have tein lower springs 2" front 1.5" rear and was wondering what dimensions i would need for 18's to fit.

225/40R18 and don't pick a too wide rims... try to stay at no higher then 18x 7.5 with a offset of around 45mm.
